AMEND on line 17 and the title on line 2 by changing the word "provide" to the word "offer".
FURTHER, AMEND by inserting after the period on line 22 the following sentence:
This coverage shall be offered on an optional basis, and each primary insured must accept or reject such coverage in writing and accept responsibility for premium payment.
FURTHER, AMEND on lines 22 and 23 by deleting the phrase "The requirements of this section shall be fully applicable to" and inserting in lieu thereof the following phrase:
